Yes, we offer steep discounts on purchases of multiple licenses. Volume purchases can be made by credit card, check or purchase order. For more info and pricing please send info about how many licenses you need to orders@matterform.com.
How do I download the software I purchase?
You can download software off our Download Page. For assistance, see How to Download. All Matterform software downloads in Demo mode, allowing you to use it for 15 days before purchasing. If you have already purchased a license code, you can enter the license code after you download and open the software. This will convert the software to the fully-licensed version. You can re-download your software at any time. The software will download again in Demo mode and you can once again convert it to the fully-licensed version by entering your license code after you open the software.
Why do I have to choose a user name for the software?
When you purchase software, we ask you what name you want to register the software in. This user name is encoded into your license code and displays in the software. The user name defaults to the name on your credit card, but you can choose a different name (e.g., if you are paying for the software but someone else will be using it).
What is your return policy?
Like most software vendors, we can not accept returns on downloadable software. All sales are final. You are able to download free demos of our software to make sure it meets your needs. We trust this will help you make an informed purchase you will be satisfied with.
Why do you ask for my email address?
When you purchase software from Matterform, we ask for your email address. We don’t share your email address with others. We use your email address as a unique identifier that you can use to log into our site and retrieve your license codes. If you sign up for email updates, we also use your email address to send you announcements about new or updated products. We usually send less than ten emails per year, so you won’t get inundated with email from us.
Why do you ask for my phone number?
When you purchase from Matterform, we ask for your email address and your phone number. This is so we can contact you if something goes wrong with your order.
Will you give my email address to others?
Are you kidding? We hate spam as much as you do. So we don’t share your email or any other personal information with others. A happy customer is worth more to us than a kick-back from dirtball spam-mongers.
How can I unsubscribe from your list?
If you would prefer not to receive email updates from us, you can unsubscribe from our list (instructions also included in any email we send you).
Does your site use cookies?
Yes, our site uses a small number of cookies to enable the shopping cart and other features. No personal information is ever stored in these cookies, just random numbers that connect you to related resources on our server.
Is your site really secure?
Yes. Not only is your order sent through a secure Web site, we also receive your order through secure channels. Your personal information is encrypted in our database and encrypted in transit to our credit card processing service. Not even Matterform staff can see your credit card information. Many e-commerce sites use a secure web page but retrieve orders via unsecured email. This, of course, compromises the security and privacy of your transaction. We have been accepting credit card orders through our Web site since 1994. We have never had a serious security problem in all those years.
