All license purchases include one free technical support incident. If you need more technical support, you can purchase additional incidents here on this page. For more details, see our tech support policy.

Already paid once?

Point-Upgrades (e.g., 1.1 to 1.2) are usually free so you can just download the upgrade. Number-Upgrades (e.g., 1.4 to 2.0) usually require a new license code. You may qualify for a free or discounted upgrade.

How Licenses Work

You can download our software any time. When you purchase a license, we send you a license code you can enter into the software to unlock it. If you lose the software, you can re-download it. If you lose the license code, we can re-send it to you.
