Point-Upgrades (e.g., 1.1 to 1.2) are usually free so you can just download the upgrade. Number-Upgrades (e.g., 1.4 to 2.0) usually require a new license code. If you purchased a previous version, you may qualify for a free or discounted upgrade.

You need to be logged in

All Matterform customers have an account on the Matterform Web site. You need to be logged into your Matterform account to see your available upgrades.

• If you know your password, you can log in with your email address and password.

• If you don’t know your password, you can reset your password by entering the email address you used when you purchased from us.

Email address changed or unknown?

If your email address has changed since your last purchase or log-in, you can still log in with that address and with your password. After you log in, you should update your email address on your account.

If you don’t know what email address you used with us or can’t access it for resetting your password, please email us at orders@matterform.com and provide the following information:

• Your old email address (or a few guesses)
• Your new email address
• Other info that will help us to identify you. Include as much as you can of the following:
  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Mailing address
  • License codes
  • Order numbers
  • Etc.

Once we can confirm your identity, we will change your email address in our records and email you a new account activation link. Then you will be able to log in and purchase upgrades.
